Our very own Vermont Maple Syrup from the sugar maples on Mother Nature’s Mountain. We tap our maple trees the old fashion way with a hand drill and bit. We collect the sap with metal sap buckets and boil the sap over an open fire. The process takes many hours and sometimes days to make this sweet golden Maple Syrup.
